We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is proactive and hard working. The successful candidate will take personal pride in the appearance of the school site both inside and outside. The position is for 30 hours per week, 52 weeks a year (with 24 days of annual leave rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service). Working periods are 7am – 9am and then 2pm – 6pm.
The Senior Site Manager will be a core part of our Shakespeare team, responsible for keeping our site tidy, clean, safe and secure.
The successful candidate will:
- have experience of health and safety protocols and compliance;
- be a problem-solver with strong practical DIY skills;
- be able to send emails and use the internet confidently (help will be provided if required);
- be creative, open-minded and adaptable;
- be able to work as part of a team;
- oversee the cleanliness of the school (with the support of our cleaning team), and be willing to carry out cleaning duties if required;
- have a good sense of humour.
Pay Grade: EHCC Grade E (£30,859 - £33,951 pro rata)
