The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be developing software across the full suite of the company's products and services whilst taking part in various agile practices across the company. You will be working in a friendly, highly collaborative, and continuously improving team who strive for the best. You will also be given the responsibility of leading a team of 4 junior developers and assisting them with the writing, reviewing and testing of code for the company-ensuring that the technical direction of the agency continues towards the success that they consistently possess.
Your specialist technical skills will give support to colleagues and help deliver projected results. You'll have a plethora of autonomy so it would be perfect if you are passionate about sharing ideas and learning new skills. Working with the latest technologies at large, this role is for the technically capable, driven, and ambitious developer. You will also have the opportunity to lead various projects and make a difference within their practices.
