As a Senior Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef to develop a menu that wows the guests, manage daily kitchen operations, and lead the culinary team to excellence. Your creativity, leadership, and passion for food will be key to the venues success.
Responsibilities

- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally with experience in restaurant launches.
- A creative culinary mind with a passion for food and innovation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
