Your Job Role with us:
This position is for a Full Time, Senior Sous Chef.
Salary OTE £50,000 + company car
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef is preferred. But a high quality senior chef de Partie looking to advance in their career would not be ruled out.
Minimum of 2 years experience working within a fresh food /catering environment. With minimum NVQ Level 3
Must have a real passion for cooking with fresh ingredients at a high standard
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards as required
Maintaining a high level of kitchen cleanliness
Experience in creating and assisting with dishes to put forward for menus; such as a la carte, specials and desserts
Confidence in working with the latest equipment to create high quality dishes continuously
