Our client in the Birmingham area is looking for a Paralegal to operate within the Conveyancing sector due to continued business growth!
Benefits:
- Salary £24,000 to £33,000 per annum.
- Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 17:00pm - 37.5hr week.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting on conveyancing caseloads, which predominantly relate to Trusts.
- Utilising the in-house case management software to submit and track caseloads.
- Assisting the busy Property department with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Preparing initial documents involved in the conveyancing process.
- Monitoring deadlines and updating the calendar
- Submitting cases to the Land Registry.
- You will also be answering calls, email, and postal correspondence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within a similar setting supporting fee earners within a busy Residential Property Team
- Passionate about people and the Residential Property sector
- An ambitious, motivated individual paralegal looking for a long-term career development.
- You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly.
- Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others.
