Are you ready to make a lasting impact on organizational transformation? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team of a NHS Trust as a Senior Strategic Improvement and Transformation Lead in St Ives.
Position Overview: As the Senior Strategic Improvement and Transformation Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Assistant Director of Improvement and Transformation. This position involves taking a lead in providing advanced specialist redesign expertise to the organization. You will spearhead large-scale and key strategic transformation programs in collaboration with system partners, aiming to deliver sustainable, innovative, and effective changes that enhance the services we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale, strategic transformation programs
- Provide advanced specialist redesign expertise
- Collaborate with system partners for effective and sustainable changes
- Drive innovation and improvement within teams and across the organization
Necessary Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to Master’s Degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
- Evidence of continuing professional development/education and learning
- Improvement methodology qualification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or accredited training
- Programme/project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE 2, Agile, MSP)
Experience
- Senior management experience leading improvement specialists
- Successful delivery of large-scale and complex redesign programs in public or private sectors
- Extensive experience in improvement science, change management, and service design methodologies
- Proven ability to foster a culture of innovation and improvement within teams and organizations
- Senior-level engagement, network formation, and relationship building with key stakeholders/partners
