We are currently recruiting for a Senior Strategic Improvement and Transformation Lead for our NHS client based in St Ives, Cambs PE27

Duties: Supporting the Assistant Director of Improvement and Transformation, this role will take a lead for providing advanced specialist redesign expertise to the organisation. Leading on large scale and key strategic transformation programmes across the organisation and in collaboration with system partners delivering sustainable, innovative, and effective changes to improve the services we provide.

Necessary Skills or Requirements: Qualifications and Training
Educated to Master's Degree level or able to demonstrate experience to this level.Evidence of continuing professional development/education and learning.Improvement methodology qualification (e.g.Lean, Six Sigma) or accredited training.Programme/project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2, Agile, MSP).Experience
Experience in a senior management role leading a team of improvement specialistsExperience of successfully delivering large scale and complex redesign programmes in either the private or public sector.Extensive experience of improvement science, change management, service design/inclusive design methodologies/techniques to successfully design complex improvement initiatives. Experience of designing and fostering a culture of innovation and improvement within teams and across organisations including building improvement capability.Experience of senior level engagement, forming networks and strong relationships with key stakeholders/partners.
