Job Title: Senior Strategic Procurement Analyst
Location: Warrington, UK (Onsite 3 days per week)
Salary: Up to £55,000 pa + Great Benefits Package including bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of high-value multimillion £ spends across various categories.
- Conduct regular external category benchmark assessments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights on business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
- Provide key input into developing an annual Integrated Market Planning review.
- Category Management:
- Take ownership of specific procurement categories, staying abreast of market trends and supplier landscapes.
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive efficiencies and mitigate risks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilise advanced analytical tools to extract, analyse, and interpret procurement data.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to senior stakeholders and the wider procurement sourcing team.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Assess supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Operations, and Legal, to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic solutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in Strategic Procurement and category management.
- Significant experience of leading business critical spend categories.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and procurement software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
