The role
Student Services aims to provide a single first point-of-contact for student enquiries, enabling students to find the right answer to straightforward questions quickly and to access more in-depth help if they need it.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a new Senior Adviser to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same.
We are looking for someone who is energetic and adaptable with great people skills. You will already have experience of a customer-facing role and be committed to supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds.

- You are able to take a leading role in a variety of situations, from being point of escalation for complex enquiries, to working on projects to implement new services or improve existing processes
- You have strong communication skills, with the ability to work with a range of different stakeholders.
