Social Staffing is seeking two dedicated and compassionate Senior Children Support Workers on behalf of our esteemed client in Northampton, NN4. As a Senior Children Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being, safety, and development of the children under your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to children and young people, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Support the emotional and social development of children.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies.
- Lead and mentor junior staff members.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of care practices.
- Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Workforce (or equivalent).
