Our client supports young people aged 8-17 and have exciting plans for further growth, offering amazing opportunities for career development and progression.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people with learning disabilities and/or learning difficulties.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the well-being and development of the residents.
- Contribute to the growth plans for additional homes on the site.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £14.09 per hour (plus sleep-in payments, any hours over 37.5 paid as overtime).

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working with Children or Young People (Minimum of 1 year)
- NVQ level 3 in children’s and young people's workforce or working toward it.
- Enhanced DBS.
