We have a fantastic opportunity at our Supported living service in Malone, Belfast area, as we look for our next Team Leader! This is a Permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week. Sense are offering Team Leaders £13.01 per hour.
This is an exciting time to come and be part of a brand new team supporting 6 individuals!
As the Team Leader, you will be required to complete administration tasks and help lead the team of Support Workers with the support from the manager.
You must hold a full manual Drivers license, and be willing to drive a resident's vehicle.
We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:- Positive, with a can-do attitude.
- Enthusiastic to participate in a wide range activities.
- Caring and empathetic.
- Passionate about enhancing other people’s lives.
- Have previous experience as a Support Worker or Team Leader in a similar setting is desirable– we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Team Leader.
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or willing to complete one once you are in the role

- Supporting individuals / groups / teams within the home, center and community.
