Senior Surveyor –Valuation – London – Up To £55K + Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Surveyor to join one of the leading consultancies within their alternative valuations team in London. On offer is a competitive salary of Up to £52k in addition to a Car Allowance. This role will involve the successful candidates joining an established team and further developing their valuation experience in addition to assisting with the valuation of large assets

Job Responsibilities: 

• Providing valuation services for secured lending, acquisitions and tax purposes 
• Assisting and reporting into senior team members 
• Maintaining and developing existing client relations 
• Carrying out ad-hoc advice efficiently 
• Completing and signing off Red Book Valuations

Skills Required: 

• MRICS qualified 
• Valuation experience across any sector 
• Proficient in MS Office packages and databases 
• Experience using Argus Developer 
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
