One of the best Fintech companies within the UK who have one of the most incredible Engineering environments is looking to hire again searching for a Senior System Architect. This System Architect will have an exciting role collaborating with the Product teams and developing the overall technical end-to-end design of the allocated components, products, solutions and services for a group of products. This Architect will also work closely with Engineering teams to assess existing architectures and define short- and long-term strategy within cloud-based/SaaS solution across multiple applications. We're seeking a Senior System Architect that is able to demonstrate skills/knowledge such as; Defining architecture strategies, roadmaps and backlogs Designing and delivering high-performance and scalable data-driven on-premise, web and SaaS applications from a development, deployment and maintenance perspective Evolving existing on-premise or desktop solutions towards next-generation technologies and architectures Experience with SaaS/Cloud architecture Experience using TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks and methodologies Experience in architecting enterprise solutions in Azure Highly experienced with Cloud and SaaS technologies Ability to work as part of a strategic leadership team Understanding of tools and principles related to continuous integration and deployment, DevOps, version control, build and test infrastructure, pipelines, infrastructure as code, defect and backlog management etc. Solid appreciation of Infrastructure technologies and topologies, templating and deployment Familiarity and experience with data analytics and data management techniques, platforms and standards. The successful candidate will earn up to £130,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: 30% bonus, great pension, medical cover, insurance plus numerous soft leisurely benefits. The team works on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week on-site in their Crawley office.
