H9 Human Resources are working with a leading national business to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA function covering the UK.
This role provides an opportunity to head up a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment function reporting into the HR Director.
Managing a team of 6 recruiters, the TA Manager will be responsible for the performance, culture & engagement of the team in this 'hands on' role.
The role is based in Warrington, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. To be embedded in the business and team you will initially need to work on site 5 days, but then flex from there.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the TA function as a whole
- Day to day management of the TA team, ensuring high performance and development of the team
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, at a senior level
- Review processes, systems and drive improvements across the TA function affecting the whole business
- Develop and upskill managers across the organisation
- Have a complete handle on TA performance figures and report effectively
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent track record of managing TA teams and ensuring high-performance and engagement
- Experience in high-volume, high-paced organisations
- Excellent influencing skills at a senior level
The role comes with a salary of c£50,000pa, plus Car Allowance, plus 10% performance bonus
