Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Gbp60K

H9 Human Resources are working with a leading national business to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA function covering the UK.

This role provides an opportunity to head up a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment function reporting into the HR Director.

Managing a team of 6 recruiters, the TA Manager will be responsible for the performance, culture & engagement of the team in this 'hands on' role.

The role is based in Warrington, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. To be embedded in the business and team you will initially need to work on site 5 days, but then flex from there.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the TA function as a whole
• Day to day management of the TA team, ensuring high performance and development of the team
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, at a senior level
• Review processes, systems and drive improvements across the TA function affecting the whole business
• Develop and upskill managers across the organisation
• Have a complete handle on TA performance figures and report effectively

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent track record of managing TA teams and ensuring high-performance and engagement
• Experience in high-volume, high-paced organisations
• Excellent influencing skills at a senior level

The role comes with a salary of c 50,000pa, plus Car Allowance, plus 10% performance bonus
