Zachary Daniels are looking for an Employee Relations Manager for a leading retailer. Our client is looking for someone who will promote a positive ER culture by ensuring that their colleagues are treated fairly and consistently, and in line with the company policies, whilst minimising risks to the business.
As an Employee Relations Partner, you will be responsible for managing ER activity across Retail Stores.
The role is also integral to building the confidence of leaders in Employee Relations to enable them to make informed decisions and achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve Employee Relations enquiries and cases
- Give commercially focused, expert advice to your stakeholder group
- Provide ER advice to the business
- Interpreting and explaining HR policies to the wider business
- Attending tribunals as and when required
- Have responsibility for the ongoing development and refinement of the HR policies, working to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with current employment legislation.
Salary up to 50,000 + Benefits
Hybrid working - 3 days a week in central London.
