Job description

The role - Senior Team Administrator
Salary - £27-£30k depending on experience
Location - Eurocentral, North Lanarkshire
Hours - 8am to 5pm Mon - Fri
Office Angels have a new opportunity for our client who urgently need a skilled Team Administrator to provide administrative support and contribute to the efficient operation of our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating various tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the team. The role is based within the Eurocentral campus and there is parking on site.
Your day will be split between supporting the Senior Management team and the General Manager. Our client has an enviable reputation in their field of expertise and this is a great time to get involved in a growing business.
The ideal candidate will be solutions focused and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Duties: -
* Extensive diary management using Microsoft Outlook
* Booking travel and accommodation (including visas)
* Organising and coordinating both face to face and virtual meetings
* Preparation of meeting rooms and arranging hospitality
* Preparation of documentation required for meetings
* Recording and distributing minutes
* Processing expenses
* Drafting and sending letters
* Planning and organisation of AGM
* Liaising with board members in an effective and professional manner
* Raising purchase orders
* Sales reports
* Multi inbox email management
Key Skills:
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills: - specifically Outlook and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Minute taking
* Adobe Acrobat DC (desirable)
* Ability to make decisions and solve any issues that may arise
* Previous experience of working at a senior level
