Position Overview:
The company is currently seeking a proficient and empathetic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join its esteemed healthcare team in Wolverhampton. The ANP will assume a crucial role in conducting advanced clinical assessments, diagnosing illnesses, initiating treatments, and managing patient care within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with diverse acute and chronic health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals.
- Administer evidence-based treatments and interventions, including prescribing medications and performing minor procedures as required.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Offer health education and promotion guidance to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Completion of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification.
- Demonstrated experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in primary care or similar settings.
- Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
