NES Fircroft are supporting a key O&G client in Aberdeen, who are recruiting for the above role on a full time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has significant experience within Technical Sales, preferably in the likes of P&A, well integrity, surface intervention and/or PCE equipment.
The client requires an individual who can demonstrate all the behaviours associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically, prospecting for new business, identifying opportunities to provide our clients' solutions, and delivering results. It would also be highly advantageous to have an existing, global network within the areas mentioned above.
You will be working alongside the Technical Sales Director, providing guidance & supervision to the current sales team and continually looking to build pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

- In-depth knowledge of P&A landscape and processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of surface wellhead equipment and associated standards
- Understanding and knowledge of common Slickline, Wireline and/or Coiled Tubing well intervention operations and tooling
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
- Must be able to anticipate customer needs and be a key player in developing relationships
- Must have a clear customer focus and be able to understand the variety of stakeholders and cultures in different areas of the business - and respond to them accordingly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good decision making and negotiation skills
