Due to expansion I am looking to hire a Senior Technician to join our workshop team.To apply for this role you will be friendly, dynamic, hard-working, passionate and reliable.Senior Technician Responsibilities: * Lead the workshop team enforcing company policy, standards and discipline. * Maintain quality standards delivered from the workshop carrying out quality checks as required * Carry out Vehicle Health Checks * Evaluate Vehicle Health Checks for accuracy, clarity and requirement for additional work. * Undertake general servicing, repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles * Mentor junior workshop team members to improve technical capability and performance. * Support performance evaluations of the Technical Team * Lead technical diagnosis and fault resolution.Applications are welcomed from experienced, Applicants will have many years experience of working on several makes of vehicle with excellent diagnostic and fault finding capabilities.
