Senior Test Analyst- Aggregator
Joining the Aggregator team the Senior Test Analyst will be expected to support a number of key projects, and therefore will be responsible for the co-ordination of a team of Test Analysts, technical specialists and business resource to undertake UAT across multiple workstreams.
About the role
You will be tasked with leading, driving, coordinating and controlling the delivery of the test programme within the Aggregator work stream. Ensuring optimal delivery across multiple projects. You will be supporting and developing the Test Analysts within the function to ensure delivery is of a high quality, and that there is a clear line of succession whilst undertaking a variety of Senior Test Manager assignments appropriate to role level.
How will you do this?
To be a good match for this role, you will be able to display previous experience of manual testing. You will be responsible for Co-ordinating the Aggregator Team test resource to ensure delivery of projects to agreed Time, Cost and Quality measures. You will be Implementing, managing and reviewing appropriate test processes and controls, to ensure effective governance and control of our core aggregator integrations. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Resourcing: estimation and management of resources
- Setting clear expectations around test environment requirements
- Risk & Issue Management: Appropriate identification, escalation, management and resolution
- Planning: Creation of detailed test plans with teams, ongoing management, dependency management
- Scope control: Risk Based Testing ensuring a robust management of test scope and efficient delivery of change.
- Test Execution: Creation of detailed test cases, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Defect Management: Appropriate identification, escalation, management and resolution of defects.
- Reporting: Simple, concise, accurate test reporting suitable for project and steering audience
- Process documentation, implementation and evolution.
It is expected that the role will follow the Atlanta hybrid working model, although attendance at the Stoke office on a regular basis is preferred. At times the role will also require travel to alternate Atlanta sites, with occasional travel to 3rd party locations.
A good communicator you know how to build good relationships as you work with key stakeholders across the business, from 3rd parties and solution providers. Knowing how to manage both internal and external specialist teams, you will be supporting both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery.
