We are very excited to be on the lookout for an experienced Out of Hours Agent, to join our Media & Entertainment division working with our prestige production clients. This fast paced and interesting role is home based, this role would suit someone who has a passion for entertainment travel, as our clients are a MAJOR players in the TV & Film industry!
As a Entertainment 24 Senior Travel Consultant you will:
Fulfil incoming travel requests/enquiries accurately & efficiently via multiple GDS
Ability to assist with group bookings, air/hotels, etc.
Able to work well and calm under pressure whilst with excellent attention to detail
Anticipate and provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client
Understand and accurately support Production with crew and talent movements
Able to manage location and large group movements
Confident managing multiple complex itineraries
Willingly aids team members within and across teams
Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules
Maintain current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
Adhere to client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to maintain quality control
About you
- Experience working within an out of hours environment with in the travel industry
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Knowledgeable of travel industry systems (i.e., GDS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
