SENIOR TREASURY ANALYST - REAL ESTATE - LONG TERM CONTRACT - JULY START

Client Details

Our client are a Housing association based in the West Midlands who are responsible for developing over 40,000 homes across the area.

They are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to help cover a gap in the team for 12 months.

Description

• Conducting daily cash flow reviews across the Group entities
• Weekly cash flow forecasting to support short-term liquidity requirements
• Security valuations for new funding
• Maintenance of treasury management policies

Profile

• Experience working in the Housing sector is highly preferable
• 3-5 years working in a Treasury function with an all-rounded skillset
• Ability to business partner with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally

Job Offer

• Start date: July 2024
• 12 month contract
• Hybrid working options
• Salary between £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
