The Senior Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the visual presentation strategy for our International operations, driving sales through compelling displays and presentations. This role focuses on enhancing the retail experience by providing creative and innovative visual solutions.

Description
  • Lead the development and execution of Visual Merchandising strategies for international stores
  • Collaborate with the retail team to create engaging and visually stunning displays
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for product launches and promotional events
  • Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual standards and best practices
  • Monitor and analyse sales and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage the Visual Merchandising budget and resources effectively

Profile
A successful Senior Visual Merchandising Manager should have:
  • A degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related field is preferable
  • Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser Manager in luxury fashion retail
  • A solid understanding of luxury fashion retail and the ability to create a unique in-store experience that enhances the brand.
  • Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership abilities and communication skills
  • Knowledge of current Visual Merchandising trends and best practices
