Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial planning.
- Take over and maintain the existing book of clients.
- Utilise existing clients, contacts and professional introducers to further develop the client base and increase revenue.
- To acquire new clients, maintain and develop existing relationships with profitable clients and key introducers.
- Deliver financial planning and service to clients to a professional standard.
- Support and assist in implementing marketing initiatives with Partners and Marketing Manager.
- Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client trust and inspire confidence.
- Articulate – able to communicate effectively and professionally in verbal and written form.
- Solutions orientated and imaginative in creating these solutions.
- Motivated, ambitious and hard-working.
- Comprehensive understanding of key areas of financial planning and generic solutions.
Background experience:
- Minimum professional qualification – Chartered Financial Planner Qualification or Equivalent or working towards this.
- Excellent numeracy, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach to work.
