Description

· Work directly with the owner to lead and manage the factory.

· Lead the designer and pattern cutting team.

· Produce high-quality Footwear Patterns in line with design specifications.

· Actively participate in design meetings and contribute to creative ideas.

· Implement quality control measures to maintain the company's high standards.

· Use CAD software to assist in the design and pattern cutting process.

· Train junior staff members in the art of pattern cutting.

· Assist in the sourcing of high-quality materials.

Profile

· Womens footwear experience. A strong team leader, able to manage the design and pattern cutting team and work directly with the owner and creative director.

· Excellent knowledge of pattern cutting and footwear design.

· Proficiency in using CAD software.

· An ability to work in a team and lead when necessary.

· A passion for quality and an eye for detail.
