Senior Workforce Planning & Analytics Lead

Were seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Planning & Analytics specialist to work with the leadership and finance team to develop the organisation\'s medium and long term workforce plan and effective use of data analytics. Initial 3-6 months contract via Hays - Hybrid/Bournemouth, Dorset
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Strategic Workforce Planning & Data Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and leading the organisational approach for strategic Workforce Planning and embedding it within the organisation & managing stakeholders. You will drive forward and implement workforce analytics that influence decision-making and future strategy. You will work with senior colleagues to model and scenario pan workforce requirements to ensure organisational resilience and agility, and financial stability. You will drive through savings as a result of challenging and adapting approaches to workforce usage, contracting and frameworks. You will operate at the most senior level, including preparation and presentation of board papers, negotiation with trade unions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and lead the organisational approach for strategic Workforce Planning and embed within departments and managing key stakeholders.

Candidates/ Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic Workforce Planning and data analytics
• Experience of organisational wide Strategic Workforce Planning working with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Offer
This role is offered on an initial interim contract basis via Hays for 3-6 months with the potential for longer-term opportunity.
It is based in Bournemouth, Dorset with flexibility for hybrid working but will require several days per week on site.
