SEO Specialist

SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Birmingham who is looking for a SEO Specialist to join the team
£30,000 - £40,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Manage link-building strategies and partnerships for off-page optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing techniques.
- Educate and guide team members on best practices in SEO.
- Produce and present regular reports on SEO progress and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
- Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics.

- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations would be an advantage.
