Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing administrative operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will manage a busy inbox and be required to ensure the team are responding to customers within the agreed period of time and also respond to queries when needed. You will also play a key role in ensuring the scheduling has been planned effectively for engineers, ordering spare parts, speaking with customers to arrange service and installation visits.
Required experience:
- Managed a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience SAP and ServiceMax is desirable
- Good time management skills - essential
- Ideally experience within engineering / blue collar / fast moving sectors
- Highly organised with the proven ability to prioritise workload
