The Role
Reporting the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating a team of Engineers to ensure timely completion of both reactive and planned jobs across the country, updating customers on progress of works and managing all fleet records.
- Coordinate and schedule reactive and planned service jobs for our team of Engineers nationwide.
- Ensure Engineers have the necessary equipment and materials to complete their tasks effectively.
- Maintain up–to–date records of fleet management, including MOTs and insurance.
- Process fuel cards and mileage reimbursements efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between customers and engineers to ensure clear communication and smooth job execution.
- Adapt quickly to changes in project requirements and scheduling.
The Person
- Previous experience in a reactive or scheduling role is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules at short notice.
- Proactive approach to problem–solving and task management.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
