Working as part of an incredibly supportive team, collectively you will deliver first class customer service when;
* Managing customer enquiries
* Accurately processing payments and generating invoices
* Managing day to day service bookings
* Creating service estimates with accuracy
* Keeping customers informed about costs and project progress
* Obtaining client authorisation
This is a busy, upbeat office, which will keep you challenged whilst continually developing your skills further.
Working schedule consists of working Monday to Friday alternating on a weekly basis, 7am - 4pm and 9am - 6pm, alongside one Saturday per month 8am-12pm.
