Position Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Office Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various departments with administrative tasks. The role requires flexibility, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and various departments.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
- You will be managing Engineer's diaries and booking jobs.
- Overseeing the transport operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for company documents.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating team meetings and events.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Based within a commutable distance of Holyport, Maidenhead
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
Remuneration
- Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
- Holidays: Enjoy 28 paid holiday days, including bank holidays.
