Rate of pay: £14.24ltd per hour

Job Description

Bracknell Forest Council are seeking a hardworking individual to join their social care team as an Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including processing referrals, managing incoming and outgoing post, and taking minutes for sensitive meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing referrals and managing incoming and outgoing post


• Taking minutes for sensitive meetings


• Monitoring phone and email communications


• Maintaining records and assisting with data performance reports


• Supporting the Community Team for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism with relevant administrative tasks

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Outlook


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously


• Experience in an administrative role is preferred
