HR Coordinator (m/w/d) - Dresden

My client is a leading global hotel group seeking a talented HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Dresden.
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the  employees and ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function.

What you'll do:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires.
• Assist with resolving legal queries related to employment matters.
• Foster a positive and engaging hotel environment for our employees.
• Handle day-to-day HR administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage contract amendments for our team members.

Who you are:

• You have 1-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
• Fluency in German and English is a non-negotiable requirement.
• You possess a strong understanding of German labor law and its implications for HR practices.
• You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills.
• You are a proactive problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building relationships with colleagues.
