I have partnered with a client in North Oxford who are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their small team. This role will be joining an HR team who support a global business across multiple sites.
You will be providing day to day support to the HR team, assisting with the recruitment process including advertising vacancies, organising interviews, using the ATS, managing onboarding process and dealing with low level HR enquiries.
This role is suitable for someone who is looking to develop their HR career and has already had exposure to HR responsibilities in their previous role. You must have exceptional attention to detail and have excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
