Job description

Are you a highly organised individual looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We are working with a leading UK company, seeking a HR Administrator to be the backbone of the business operations, providing essential support to the core business function.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for support across the team. Your meticulous attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and dedication to maintaining compliance will be invaluable. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR Manager, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional employee experiences.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Location: Tamworth

Hours: Monday to Friday, full time – permanent (office based)

The role:

  • Assisting the HR team with the full 360 recruitment process from job adverts being posted to new starter information being sent to the candidate.
  • Support with all onboarding including training planning, new starter contact, continuous improvement materials, database management and reporting.
  • Support with the Employee lifecycle, updating stakeholders and departments of key information. Processing information based on starters, leavers and absences.
  • Coordinate schedules to support with the delivery of key messages.
  • Paperwork for all meetings taking place across the department.
  • Inbox management for the HR department, taking and coordinating key messages from stakeholders.
  • Support with new working policies, advising the workforce of new procedures.
  • Play a key role in the enrolment of new online systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in employee development discussions and assist in identifying training needs and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Past experience in a busy office support function (NO HR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels
  • High attention to detail, producing accurate reports and documentation
  • Ability to work independently
