The organisation are global specialists within the engineering sector, due to continued growth, they are looking for an Administrator to join the team.

You will be supporting the HR team, preparing 2 bureau payrolls per month, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, overtime, deductions, pensions and additions such as bonus's
This role would suit someone with previous experience in HR, Payroll, Admin looking for a new role within an well-established company.
The Role:
- Processing 2 bureau payrolls (approx. 350 employees), ensuring all information is correct.
- Supporting HR department with administrative duties such as occupational medicals, producing reports, complete new starter and leaver processes, preparing audit information, reviewing absence records etc
- 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
The Person
- Experience with Payroll processes
- Previous experience working for a company within the engineering sector would be highly advantageous but not essential
- IT literate, good customer service & communication skills
