Hr Coordinator

HR Coordinator Derbyshire 6 month contract 25,000 Hybrid working
We are recruiting an experienced HR coordinator for a company with values leading everything they do. This role will enable you to make a difference and join a collaborative team who all work together towards a common goal. We are looking for someone who has HR coordinator or administration experience that can hit the ground running. The main purpose of this role is to provide effective administrative support to the wider HR team and business.
You will be responsible for the following:
-Employee onboarding
-First point of call for employees and managers
-HR enquiries inbox
-Updates and maintenance of the HR system
-Processing statutory leave
-Processing leaver information
-Processing starter information
-Ad hoc reports
-Compliance with HR policy and able to offer advice
-Written correspondence to external customers
-Support the sickness absence process
-Liaising with management regarding HRadministration processes
