We are working with a well-established client based in the Rochdale Area who have been the Market Leader over the past 20 years. They have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join their team.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
Reporting to your team leader, you will provide day to day Operation support across a range of Admin duties:
- Liaison between Customers & Engineers - Report any issues / activity or Maintenance
- Log Service requirements on CRM Systems
- Complete Daily Reports - including Uploads and Receipts
- Provide Admin assistance to Field Engineering Team
- Investigate Incidents
- Adhered to Policies and Procedures
Profile:
- Experience working in a office / admin environment is needed
- Previous experience working in a Service / Engineer based role
- Strong Communication & IT Skills needed
- CRM experience would beneficial
