Administrator
OA are currently working with a well established business that are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the team!
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:30pmWeekly Pay – GBP12.82 an hourImmediate startTemporary opportunity (could go permanent)Free on–site parkingHybrid working, after completion of training Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with customer clains and record all detailsArranging engineering site visits and record these in a databaseCommunicate with in–house engineers to support customersKeep track of costsSupport administration across the department Administrator – Skills and Experience:
Previous experience within a service / scheduling departmentPrevious administration / customer service experienceStrong communication skills; written and verbalAbility to work in a fast–paced environmentStrong attention to detailPositive, self–motivated attitudeKnowledge of Microsoft and strong PC skills If you are interested in this position, please apply online with your CV.
