Service Administrator

• Annual Salary: £26,000-£29,000

We are seeking a Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. This role is incredibly important for ensuring smooth operations within our office in Westerham. Due to the location of our office, the ability to drive is essential.

• Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
• Scheduling and managing the diary of the service team.
• Handling queries from managers and employees.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
• Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
• Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
• Supporting the team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication.

• Proven experience as a Service Administrator or similar administrative role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion with personal and confidential information.
• Full, clean driving licence and own transport due to the office location.
