The Client:
Our client is a well-established automotive firm, offering a wide range of products and services to the transport industry.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the initial point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Generate, amend, update service schedules, and send reminders.
* Manage vehicle and customer databases.
* Book PSV appointments.
* Issue workshop job cards and monitor vehicle progress.
* Make outbound sales, customer care calls and manage key customer relationships.
* Create maintenance contract quotes and sell maintenance contracts.
* Contact customers regarding additional work and provide accurate quotations.
* Communicate work details upon completion and arrange vehicle collection / delivery.
* Ensure customer satisfaction, follow up on service level satisfaction, handle complaints courteously.
* Undertake general administrative responsibilities, including generating reports, scanning / filing paperwork, archiving records, and word processing.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor or in a similar role.
* Education to GCSE standard or equivalent, including Maths and English.
* High computer proficiency.
* Service reception experience or experience in a franchised car / heavy vehicle dealership.

* Some existing mechanical knowledge.
(Beneficial)
* Valid driving licence.
