Service Advisor
Location: Exeter, Devon
Salary : £23,500 to £26,000
*Plus, fantastic benefits
Hours of work: Monday to Friday core working hours
(1/2 Saturdays 8AM-1PM)
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist organisation who as a result of success are growing the business.
As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for
* Maintain customer records.
* Manage the invoice process.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and 3rd
* Provide estimates to customers.
* Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and face to face
* Managing the flow of information from internal departments to the customer.
* Delivering excellent customer service.
* Manage customer expectations.
* Deal with customer complaints
* Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and filed according to company policy
The ideal Service Advisor will have:
* Drive and determination
* Will want to learn.
* Will be able to multitask, be adaptable to change
* Will have previous experience within an administration role.
* Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office
* Will have good communications skills.
* Will want to develop within an organisation.
