We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Construction team at our Head Office. The role involves assisting in the efficient operation of the Construction Service office, ensuring profitability, and maintaining effective communication between customers and technicians for the repair and maintenance of Construction machinery. You will also provide cover for the Agricultural Service Advisor as needed.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the efficient running of the Construction Service office and contribute to its overall profitability.
- Maintain effective and accurate communications between customers and technicians regarding the repair and maintenance of Construction machinery.
- Provide cover for the Agricultural Service Advisor during their annual leave.
- Support the daily allocation of work to engineers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as raising job cards and invoices.
- Ensure a professional and tidy appearance and approach all tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Strong administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact diplomatically with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with raising job cards and invoices.
- Good keyboard and PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
- Discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
- Organised and able to multitask efficiently.
- Flexible, approachable, self-motivated, and able to work well with others.
- Confidence to show initiative.
- Accuracy with numbers and handling of cash.
