Service Advisor

Soper of Lincoln is looking for a Service Advisor.

Your role 

Soper of Lincoln is recruiting an Automotive Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, advise our customers on service and maintenance works required for their vehicles, and inform customers about a range of products and services we offer.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the check-in/check-out process, maintaining communication throughout on works required, to ensure a positive customer experience in line with brand and company values.
• Provide customers with key information and updates about their vehicles and our products, services.
• Manage administration of customer invoices, work in progress and cash payments in line with company policy and financial regulations.
• Build key relationships within the business, to support and facilitate customer updates.

Salary: Basic Salary £30,000 per annum, On Target earnings with bonus £35,000 per annum.

Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays (on a rota of one in three).

Your profile

• Minimum 2 years previous experience working as an Automotive Service Advisor in the car industry
• Currently working as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Ability to demonstrate and understand what it takes to provide excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate great teamwork and communication skills.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Automotive Service Advisor: 2 years (required)
