We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to work in a main dealership for our client in Droitwich. Perhaps you've worked as a Sales Advisor at Halfords or in the service department at In & Out Auto-centres. Maybe you have a history working in a MOT & Service Centre? Then this might be the job for you!
The job:
Service Advisor, full time and permanent contract
Droitwich WR9
Salary up to £35,000 DOE
Overtime is time + half
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30 plus every other Saturday 08:00-12:00

The candidate:
• Should have automotive experience but not mandatory
• May have prior commercial dealership experience or workshop / garage experience
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Will have the ability to build good internal and external relationships
• Shall be PC literate and be able to use MS Office
• Could have working knowledge of Autoline, ADP or Kerridge dealership systems
• Might demonstrate excellent negotiation skills
• Has basic technical knowledge in terms of the motor industry
