In the Service Advisor role, you will be:
- Providing energy advice to individuals over the phone and face to face within their homes, identifying risks, improvements, and further support to help individuals and families save money and reduce their environmental footprint
- Working closely with, and acting as a representative of advice centres to ensure a smooth customer journey for all residents of the programme
- Completing administrative tasks and provide monitoring information
- To complete a relevant in-house training course before commencing any advice calls or home visits
- Experience working within a service / advisory based role
- Community based experience with knowledge of third sector and community-based organisations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A full UK driving license and access to your transport (essential)
- Ability to travel around your designated area as required
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with an empathetic nature
- Strong admin and IT skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
What’s on offer:

- Part time – 21 hours per week (flexibility around hours and there may well be more hours available should they wish to grow with the role)
- £23,478 (based on a 35 hour week). Pro rata for part time

- Covering areas within the county of Conwy, with home working and offices also based in Denbigh
- Holiday pay, and mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile
