Salary- Starting salary between £27-33,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings.
- 45-hour week Monday to Friday with 1 in 3/4 Saturdays (8:00am-12:30pm).

As a Service Advisor you will work alongside person on the reception desk as well as a workshop team and shall be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance, or repair work . You will greet customers into the business, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, keep customers informed of progress, source, and supply parts for the workshop team, carry out ad-hoc administration duties, provide general office support, and carry out where possible upselling of additional products and services.
To be eligible, you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of the South Warwickshire/North Oxfordshire region (our client is easily commutable from either Banbury, Stratford-upon-Avon, Evesham, or the North Cotswolds) and will be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational skills along with IT literacy would be of high priority. Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor within a similar business would be highly advantageous however is non-essential provided you have a strong track record in customer service/sales/hospitality and a basic mechanical understanding of vehicles. A UK driving license with minimal points is however essential.
