Package:

• £28,000 to £30,000pa
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm (1 in 3 Saturday on a rota)
• 45 hours
• Bonus

We’re looking for:

• Experience within sales, main dealer experience would be an advantage
• Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries.
• Abilityto multitask and use your own initiative when faced with challenges
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Impressive organisational skills
• Ability to thrive within a teamExtensive knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
• Professional and courteous manner

Job Description

• Pro-actively contact customers with progress of work updates.
• Provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing.
• Notify customers promptly of completion of work.
• Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available.
• Produce invoices of work carried out.
• Upsell various products.
• Advise customers of necessary repairs.
